Strong skill in organization and self motivation. Must be able to reach goals in work duties and production.

QualificationsA.S.or B.S. in Aquaculture related field. Experience in fish farm operations including repair and maintenance of mechanical plumbing and electical systems. Basic understanding of fish biology, water chemistry and record keeping. Ability to follow written and oral directions. Must have a valid drivers license. Ability to manage employees and achieve weekly and monthly goals. Must present updates and progress reports weekly.
